SELLER SAYS: 1972 Honda SL125 K1 for sale. A full ground-up, concourse-level restoration has been undertaken on this rare 1972 Honda SL125 K1 trail bike. This variant of the K1 SL125 is a very rare model in Australia, as it has the low slung one-piece muffler, no pillion footrests and no indicators (this means it has a different wiring loom, headlight ears, speedo and left handlebar switch). This variant was more popular in the USA, with very few of these making it to Australia. No expense has been spared on the restoration, which has taken many hundreds of hours to complete. The bike also comes with a complete second exhaust system – a rare and desirable original “Bassani” power pipe, as well as an original owner’s manual and period advertising material.
