Sell your bike
If you have a special motorcycle to sell in Australia, you’ve come to the right place! Just fill out the form below, hit the Submit button, then email your photographs to photos@bikeshedtimes.com
With an audience comprising thousands of vintage, classic and exotic motorcycle collectors and enthusiasts, we will put your bike in front of the right people.
Your advertisement will remain on our website for 12 months, and you can give it an extra boost any time with a $25 Facebook post.
The fine print
A basic advert costs $35 and puts your bike onto The Bike Shed Times website in two spots — on our ‘Bikes For Sale‘ summary page and and also in a post dedicated to your bike. Your advertisement will run for 12 months from the day it’s first posted, and then be removed. It’s up to you to know when your 12 months is up, and to lodge a fresh advertisement if you want to. Our website typically attracts 15,000 views per month. You can add any (or all) of the extra-cost options below, either when you first place your advert, or at any time afterwards. We will add your email address to our list of subscribers so you will receive our newsletter showing our latest listings. (You can unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter, any time.)

Facebook posts (adds $25 per post).
The whole world is on Facebook these days – including us. Your bike will be promoted on The Bike Shed Times Facebook page to our Facebook audience. We have about 16,000 Facebook followers, and content from our Facebook page typically attracts 50,000 views per month.
A video (adds $20).
A video makes your bike come alive. We can host your video of up to 60 seconds duration on The Bike Shed Times YouTube channel. You can shoot good-quality video on your phone and you can send it to us by email. (If it’s longer than 30 seconds we suggest using Dropbox.) We suggest your video includes a walk-around of your bike, with the engine running. Adding a start-up or ride-off is even better.
An Editor’s Comment (adds $30).
Our editor, Peter Terlick, knows a thing or two about bikes (especially old ones) and can add value to your advertisement by telling readers about your bike’s special place in motorcycle history.
