BSA Bantam for sale
SELLER SAYS: This is the last D3 Model made by BSA in 1957. 150cc, a collectors item. In great condition for 67 years of age. This bike still has a great patina, as shown in the photos, with the last coat of paint done in the early eighties. No tears or rips in the seat cover, all the tin ware in place even the rare speedometer and bulb horn. Since I have owned it I have replaced the piston and rings, fitted the BONES electronic ignition and a Mikuni carburettor for ease of start and reliable running. I have replaced the brake shoes and linings back and front and I have installed new rubbers and fork gaiters. I still have the original Amal carburettor and strangler that will go with this bike when purchased for the purist to keep the bike completely original for display if you should desire.. This bike also comes with BSA service maintenance sheets. This bike starts, runs and stops as it should. A rare bike and good club bike on non transferrable historic rego. Interstate buyers would need to pay all transport costs. Contact Geoff on 0412 152 439 (Glengowrie, SA).
