WHY REGISTER?

Registering with The Bike Shed Times enables you to take part in our on-line auctions and gives you access to sellers’ contact details so you can ask questions and arrange inspection prior to auction.

We recommend that you register before auction start time, just in case there’s a problem with your registration.

To register, fill in the form above and then click the Submit button. We will confirm your registration by email within 24 hours and forward contact details of the seller. Be sure to tell us which bike/s you are interested in.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WIN AN AUCTION?

If your bid is the highest bid at the end of the auction, and your bid is equal to or higher than the reserve price, congratulations! You and the seller have made a legally-binding deal. The price has been agreed, you have agreed to purchase the motorcycle, and the seller has agreed to sell. There is no cool-down or regret period and the outcome of the auction is legally binding — so undertake your due diligence before you bid.

Winning bidders will receive an invoice from The Bike Shed Times shortly after the auction ends, seeking payment of a 5% deposit. Payment options are credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The deposit is not refundable.

Payment of the deposit is required within 12 hours of receiving the invoice or you may be deemed to have declined to purchase.

Once you have paid the deposit, we will give the all-clear for you to work with the seller to arrange payment of the remaining 95% to them, and to organise physical and legal transfer of the bike.
