A unique blend of rumbling character, low end torque and brilliant chassis and brakes make this a real gem. The 1999 model is the pick of the bunch as it’s non-ABS and no servo brakes and the upgraded 5-speed gearbox makes it very reliable. It also comes equipped with excellent aftermarket Bitubo shocks front and rear that are fully adjustable, stainless steel brake lines and rapid dog bar risers to make it slightly more neutral in it’s riding position, I’ve added a nice black sheepskin cover to the seat and Rizoma indicators on the rear. BMW’s R1100s combines unique 90’s design language and sleek aesthetics with BMW’s iconic boxer engine. This one has been very well looked after and comes with all the paperwork and service history from the day it was purchased new in 1999.
