WHAT’S BEEN DONE:

ENGINE & MECHANICALS
• Clutch plates supplied and fitted
• Permanent magnet alternator
• Valve clearances adjusted
• Timing checked and adjusted
• Compression and leak-down test — Passed (engine is healthy)
• Both carbs stripped, cleaned, balanced and tuned
• RH carb rebuilt — was not functioning properly, now sorted

ELECTRICS
• Complete new wiring loom fitted (the XS650’s known weak point — done)
• All pin plugs repaired/replaced throughout
• New headlight globe, fuse and holder
• Neutral wire, front brake switch and lighting all repaired

TYRES & PARTS
• New Pirelli Sport Demon front tyre (100/90-19)
• New Pirelli City Demon rear tyre (120/90-16)
• New condensers, spark plug caps, coil cap and seals
• New horn, fuel hose, angled valve stems
• New sidecover latches

Cons:
