Two of Western Australian best-known voices will team up to help ensure spectators and exhibitors make the most of this year’s The Bike Shed Times Capel River Classic Show & Shine, being held in Western Australia’s south-west forest country on Saturday October 14.
Veteran commercial radio broadcaster Ian Blackley (above on the right) and Australian Broadcasting Corporation newsreader Jonathan Beal, both passionate motorcyclists, will have microphones in hand as they interview exhibitors about their bikes and their love of old motorcycles.
Last year, Ian brought along his lovely 1974 BMW R90S and went home with some glory — runner-up to Best In Show and runner-up 1972-1982.
The show & shine will be joined by a host of other attractions and entertainment this year, including a licensed bar, live music, and plenty to do for the kids.
